Scampi Blend Stuffed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 sleeve butter crackers, crushed
- 1 1/4 sticks butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Wildtree Scampi Blend
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 ounces of any seafood
- 1 1/4 pounds mushroom caps

PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine the crackers, butter, Scampi Blend, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Add the seafood and mix. Arrange the mushroom caps on a baking sheet. Spoon the seafood mixture into the mushroom caps. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until heated through and light brown on top.
