Roast Beef Sandwiches with Garlic & Herb Spread

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 pound roast beef, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced thin
- 2 tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1-8 ounce block Neufchatel cheese
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 package Wildtree Old World Style Focaccia Bread, prepared according to package directions
- 1 serving Wildtree Garlic & Herb Blend, prepared according to package directions
- Wildtree European Garlic Dipping Oil

PREPARATION:
Slice the Old World Style Focaccia Bread in eighths. Slice each piece in half to form a sandwich top and bottom. Spread Garlic & Herb spread on the top slice of the bread. Fill the sandwich with roast beef, onion, tomatoes and romaine lettuce. Drizzle the European Garlic Dipping Oil on top of the filling. Top with the other piece of bread.
