- 12 ounces halibut fillet
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 2 teaspoons Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
- 1 teaspoon Wildtree Scampi Blend
- 1 teaspoon Wildtree Garlic and Herb Blend

PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. In a bowl, combine the tomato, Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, Scampi Blend, and the Garlic & Herb Blend. Place fish on sheet of foil. Pour tomato mixture over the fish and close the foil loosely. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes; until flaky.
