Chicken Breasts with Garlic and Herb Goat Cheese

- 1/4 cup goat cheese
- 3 tablespoons Wildtree Garlic and Herb Blend
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil

PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix goat cheese and garlic and herb blend. Cut the chicken breast horizontally to form a pocket. Stuff about 4 teaspoons into each pocket. Heat oil in a large oven-ready skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Cover and bake in oven for 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
