INGREDIENTS:

- 1 1/2 pounds stew beef, cubed
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 8 ounces carrots, sliced
- 1 cup frozen vegetables
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon Wildtree Scampi Blend
- 1 tablespoon Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
- 4 cups beef broth

PREPARATION:
Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours. You may also brown the beef in the Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a stockpot before cooking in the crock pot.
