Grilled Scampi Chicken Legs

- 1 pound whole chicken legs
- 4 cups carrots, cut into 2" chunks
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 tablespoon Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
- 2 tablespoons Wildtree Scampi Blend

PREPARATION:
Heat a well-oiled grill to medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine carrots, cauliflower, 1/2 tbsp. grapeseed oil and 1 tbsp. scampi blend. Place mixture in vegetable basket on the grill. Baste the chicken with the remaining oil and sprinkle with the scampi blend. Place chicken on the grill. Cook the chicken about 20 to 25 minutes and the vegetables about 12 to 15 minutes.
