Grilled Scampi Vegetable Kabobs

INGREDIENTS:

- 4 zucchini, cubed
- 6 summer squash, cubed
- 2 yellow onions, cubed
- 3 ears of corn, cut into 8 pieces each
- 2 tablespoons Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
- 2 tablespoons Wildtree Scampi Blend
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water

PREPARATION:
Heat a well-oiled grill to medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine the Grapeseed Oil, Scampi Blend, and all the vegetables. Toss to combine. Alternate the vegetables on the skewers and grill for 10 -12 minutes, turning often.
