Grilled Shrimp Fajitas

INGREDIENTS:
  • 32 large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow onion, cut into strips
  • 8  flour tortilla wraps
  • 2  tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
  • 2  tablespoon Wildtree Scampi Blend
PREPARATION:

Heat a well-oiled grill to medium-high heat. Combine half of the Grapeseed Oil and half of the fajita seasoning in a large bowl.  Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.  Combine the remaining oil and seasoning in a large bowl.  Add the vegetables and toss to coat.  Cook in a vegetable basket on the grill for about 8-10 minutes.
