PREPARATION:
Open the can of tomatoes and put into a 2 quart saucepan, add chopped bell pepper, 1 tbsp Wildtree Garlic and Herb Blend, can of tomato paste and 1 tsp Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil. Cook and stir occasionally on medium high until it starts to boil, turn off burner and let set. Add 2 tbsp Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil to 9 inch skillet and heat on medium high; meanwhile, beat eggs in bowl and set aside, and in another bowl add flour, pepper and 1 tsp of Wildtree Garlic and Herb Blend, mix the dry ingredients together. Dip each steak one at a time in egg and then dredge in flour mixture, add to skillet and fry until brown on both sides but still pink in the center. Pour tomato mixture over the steaks, cover with lid and let simmer on low for 25 to 30 minutes. You can substitute chicken breast, turkey cutlet or pork chop for the steak. Try Wild Tree Cajun, Wild Tree Fajita, or even the Wild Tree Korma Curry Dry rub instead of the Wildtree Garlic and Herb Blend to change your meal as well. This is a versatile recipe that will have people thinking it is different every time just by switching out one protein and one flavoring blend.
