Chicken Cheeseball

INGREDIENTS:

2-8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
- 1-5 ounce can chunk chicken, drained
- 1/4 cup Wildtree Garlic & Herb Blend

PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, Italian Salad Dressing, and chicken; mix well. Form the mixture into a ball. Place garlic & herb blend on a cutting board or a piece of wax paper. Place cheese ball in herb blend and roll around to coat completely. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature before serving. Place on bed of lettuce for garnish and serve with crackers.
