INGREDIENTS:

- 1 pound grouper filets
- 2 large onions, sliced thin
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 1/2 cups shaved parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons Wildtree Garlic and Herb Blend
- 4 tablespoons Wildtree Basil Pesto Oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil

PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. In a pan, place the filets and coat with Garlic and Herb Blend. Cover each filet with tomato, onion, parmesan cheese, and Basil Pesto Oil. Bake for 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil.
