INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound grouper filets
  • 2 large onions, sliced thin 
  • 3 large tomatoes, diced 
  • 1 1/2 cups shaved parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Wildtree Garlic and Herb Blend
  • 4 tablespoons Wildtree Basil Pesto Oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.  In a pan, place the filets and coat with Garlic and Herb Blend.  Cover each filet with tomato, onion, parmesan cheese, and Basil Pesto Oil.  Bake for 30 minutes.  Garnish with fresh basil.
