Chicken Alfredo Calzone

INGREDIENTS:

- Wildtree So Quick and Easy Pizza Dough
- 2 chicken breasts, cut to bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 tablespoon Wildtree Garlic Grapeseed Oil
- 2 servings prepared Wildtree Alfredo Extraordinaire
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Wildtree Garlic & Herb blend
- salt to taste

PREPARATION:
Prepare Wildtree pizza dough according to directions, set aside to raise. Preheat over to 500ºF. Saute the cubed chicken breast in Garlic Grapeseed oil with the diced onion. While cooking, prepare Wildtree Alfredo Extraordinaire for 2 servings. Press pizza dough into a 12 inch circle on baking stone. Combine the cooked chicken and onion with the Alfredo Sauce and pour on one side of dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Fold dough over and press to seal edges. Mix the Garlic & Herb blend with Garlic Grapeseed oil and pinch of salt. Brush over the calzone. Bake for 12-13 minutes or till golden. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
