6 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled slightly
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Opa! Greek Seasoning Blend
- 1 tablespoon Hot Chili Pepper and Garlic Blend
- 1 tablespoon Red Bell Pepper and Garlic Blend
- 1 teaspoon Scampi Blend
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag Wildtree Buttermilk Biscuit Mix

PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 475ºF. In a medium bowl, combine milk and melted butter. Stir until small clumps start forming. Add all the seasonings and cheese and mix well. Add biscuit mix and stir until it is well mixed. Divide the batter into 12 biscuits. Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
