Marinate steak in 1/4 cup Asian Ginger Plum Dressing & Marinade for at least 1 hour.
Combine broccoli slaw, remaining 1/4 cup Asian Ginger Plum Dressing & Marinade, and mandarin oranges. Set aside.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Grill steak to desired doneness: 135°F for medium-rare. Remove steak from grill and rest for 5-10 minutes; slice thinly.
Serve steak in lettuce cups with prepared broccoli slaw. Garnish with chopped cashews.
