Preheat oven to 400°F. Prep
the chicken, broccoli, and
red bell peppers.
Transfer chicken, broccoli,
peppers, and cashews to
the sheet pan and toss
with Teriyaki Sauce. Bake for 15
minutes, or until chicken is cooked
through: 165°F.
Serve cashew chicken
with rice if desired.
Garnish with scallions
and sesame seeds.
