Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease a sheet pan. Toss
chicken with 1 tablespoon
Natural Grapeseed Oil, balsamic vinegar, and 1 1/2
tablespoons Scampi Blend.
Prep sweet potatoes,
Brussels sprouts, red onion,
and apple.
Transfer sweet potato,
Brussels sprouts, and red
onion to the prepared
sheet pan. Toss with remaining 2
tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil and 2 teaspoons
Scampi Blend. Nestle chicken
in the vegetables. Bake for 15
minutes.
Remove sheet pan from
oven. Add apple slices.
Return to oven and bake
for 10 minutes more or
until vegetables are tender
and chicken is cooked through:
165°F.
