Preheat oven to 400°F. Prep bell pepper, onion,
mango, and shrimp.
Transfer bell pepper, onion,
mango, and shrimp to a
sheet pan and toss with
Natural Grapeseed Oil and Jamaican Jerk Seasoning.
Bake for 10 minutes or until
shrimp is cooked through.
Toast or warm tortillas, if
desired.
Serve shrimp and
vegetables on tortillas
with avocado.
