Preheat oven to 425°F.
Grease a sheet pan. Toss
chicken breasts with 1
tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil and 1 tablespoon
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning. Place
on prepared sheet pan.
Prep plantains, green bell
pepper, and pineapple.
Toss with remaining 2
tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil and remaining
1 tablespoon Jamaican Jerk
Seasoning.
Spread plantains, green
bell pepper, and pineapple
around the chicken on the
sheet pan. Bake for 20 minutes
or until chicken is cooked
through: 165°F.
