  1. Prepare rice according to package directions. Cover to keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, heat sesame oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the ground pork and Asian Skillet Meal Seasoning and saute until pork is completely browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  4. Stir in carrots and coleslaw mix and saute 2-3 minutes or until tender.
  5. Serve over rice. Garnish with optional toppings such as scallions, wontons, cilantro, and sliced almonds.
