Whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, and Sweet & Spicy Thai Chili Sauce. Add mixture to a 12-inch nonstick skillet. Heat over medium heat until simmering.
Stir in cooked linguine, bell pepper, and carrots. Cook until heated through.
Divide noodles between bowls. Garnish with scallions, cilantro, almonds, and lime wedges.
