Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning. Set aside.
  2. To make mango salsa, combine mango, red bell pepper, red onion, lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Pat shrimp dry. Toss with Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil and remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning.
  4. Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and saute until cooked through.
  5. Warm tortillas if desired.
  6. Fill tortillas with shredded cabbage and shrimp. Top with salsa and drizzle with the mayonnaise/sour cream mixture.
