Chili Garlic Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Break the cauliflower into florets. Toss with Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, Rancher Steak Rub, and 1 tablespoon Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend. Spread in an even layer on a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes or until browned and crisp, stirring halfway through cook time.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 3/4 cup of the pasta water. Drain pasta and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add remaining 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Whisk in reserved pasta water and parsley.
  5. Stir in pasta, roasted cauliflower, and lemon zest.
  6. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
