Preheat oven to 425°F.
Bruschetta Blend, balsamic
vinegar, and 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil; set
Butterfly chicken by slicing
in half lengthwise but
leaving intact on one side.
Top with a slice of provolone and
4 stalks of asparagus. Fold the chicken over, and
secure with toothpicks.
Season chicken breasts
with Cajun Seasoning.
Heat remaining 2
tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil in an
10-inch, oven safe, skillet.
Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes on
each side, or until golden. Transfer
skillet to the oven and cook for
10-15 minutes longer, or until
chicken is completely cooked
Serve chicken topped with prepared bruschetta and basil.
