  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a sheet pan. In a mixing bowl combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, and Rancher Steak Rub.
  2. Shape 2 tablespoons of mixture into meatballs. Place on the grease sheet pan. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked through: 1657deg;F.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions; transfer to a bowl.
  4. In the now empty saucepan, whisk together milk and Kids Cheez Blend over medium heat until smooth.
  5. Return the rice to the saucepan along with the peas. Stir to coat in the cheese sauce and cook until heated through.
