Shipping Charges

We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders $75+ within the contiguous US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Shipping rates vary based on weight for any orders shipping within the contiguous US under the free shipping threshold.

 Shipping Process

Once you place your order on wildtree.com, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have questions about your order, please email us immediately at contact@wildtree.com. Once your order has been placed, it may no longer be eligible for change or cancellation.

Please allow additional time for your order to be fulfilled during holidays.

During holidays, please allow additional time for your order to be shipped. During non-holiday times, you can expect your order to be shipped within 3 business days. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Wildtree cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call the assigned carrier to inquire further.



PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

At Wildtree, we aim to please. It is our goal that you receive your complete order with no damages or missing products. If this happens to you, we will be happy to ship out a replacement as quickly as possible. See below for specific instructions.

What do I do if I am missing a product or it is damaged in shipment?

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please follow these simple steps and we will process your replacement.

  1. Email contact@wildtree.com with "Replacement Request" in the subject line:
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your Name
    • Order Number (from packing list)
    • Address to ship replacement
    • Product being replaced (Item number, product name and quantity)
    • Reason (Missing or Damaged)

Is there a shipping cost on Product Replacements?

No, if your item was missing or damaged, we will ship you a replacement free of charge.

How long will it take to process my replacement and how will I know it shipped?

Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing and shipping of your replacement. Actual transit times vary based on the destination. You will be sent a confirmation email when the product has shipped.

PRODUCT REFUNDS

Wildtree takes pride in our products and wants you to enjoy them in your daily meal planning. If you are not satisfied, you have the option to exchange your product or request a refund within 30 days from the order date. See below for specific instructions.

How do I request an exchange?

Simply contact our Customer Service team at contact@wildtree.com and we will process the exchange for you. Please have the following information available when you call:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number (from packing list)
  • Address to ship replacement
  • Product being replaced (Item number, product name and quantity)
  • Payment information for the shipping fee

Is there a shipping fee on an exchanged product?

Yes, the cost of shipping is $9.75 which is average standard shipping fee on exchanged products.

If I am exchanging a product, do I need to send the original product back to Wildtree?

If the product is unopened, you can return the product and Wildtree will process an exchange item for you. If your product is open and you are exchanging it because you did not enjoy the product, there is no need to return it - you can keep the product or dispose of the product - Wildtree cannot accept any returned products back into our facility. 

How do I request a refund?

Simply contact our Customer Service team and we will process the exchange for you. Please have the following information available when you call:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number (from packing list)
  • Product being refunded (Item number, product name and quantity)

Will I receive a refund on my shipping fee or taxes?

No, shipping fees are not refunded. However, the refund will include any tax that was paid on the original product.

How will I receive my refund payment?

If you ordered your product with a credit card through a Wildtree shopping cart, we will issue a refund directly to your credit card.
